The client hopes to change the 80-square-meter two-bedroom to three-bedroom, and the space should be as large as possible, bright and comfortable, modern, simple and textured, with sufficient storage;

Under the conditions of tight budget, limited space, and many functional requirements, we have created a practical, comfortable, high-end and textured home for the clients through active spatial layout transformation, restrained design language, and natural materials.

Solution strategy:

The original kitchen was changed into a children's room, and the original north balcony combined with the dining room was changed into an open dining and kitchen space, which not only met the functional needs of the client (adding a room), but also ensured enough public space and sufficient lighting:
